This Privacy Policy explains how Miss Relax Studio ("Miss Relax Studio", "we", "us" or "our") handles personal data in connection with this website and the content management and publishing service operated for the Miss Relax media brand.

This Policy applies to visitors to this website and to an account holder who authorizes Miss Relax Studio to connect to a supported social media account through that platform's official authorization process.

- support communications sent to our contact email.
We do not ask for or store the password to a connected social media account.

- authenticate and verify the authorized account;
- prepare, upload and publish owner-approved content;
- check publication status and prevent duplicate publication;
- maintain security, reliability and auditability of the publishing workflow;
- respond to support, access, correction and deletion requests;
- comply with applicable law and platform requirements.
4. Legal bases
Where the General Data Protection Regulation or similar law applies, processing may be based on consent, performance of a requested service, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in maintaining a secure and reliable publishing workflow. Consent may be withdrawn by revoking platform access or contacting us.
5. Website data
This public website does not include advertising, behavioral analytics, tracking pixels, marketing cookies or contact forms. The hosting provider may process ordinary technical request information, such as IP address, browser information and request time, for security and service delivery.
6. Service providers and platforms
Data may be processed by providers that support the service, including:
- TikTok and other connected social media platforms, under their own terms and privacy policies;
- GitHub, for source control, automated workflows and static website hosting;
- Cloudflare, for private object storage and related infrastructure used by the publishing workflow.
We do not sell personal data and do not provide it to advertisers.
7. International processing
Service providers may process data in countries other than the account holder's country. Where required, we rely on provider safeguards and other lawful transfer mechanisms.
8. Retention
Authorization information is retained only while needed to provide the authorized integration, maintain security or comply with legal obligations. Content and operational records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for publishing, troubleshooting, duplicate prevention and record integrity. Data may be deleted or de-identified when it is no longer required.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to reduce unauthorized access, disclosure or alteration. Secrets and platform tokens are intended to remain in restricted server-side storage and are not displayed on this public website. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You may also withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
To revoke platform authorization, use the connected platform's account settings where available. To request deletion from Miss Relax Studio, email relaxmister7@gmail.com with enough information to identify the relevant connection. We may need to verify the request before acting.
11. Children
The service is not directed to children under the minimum age required to use the relevant platform, and we do not knowingly seek personal data from children.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the service, law or platform requirements. The updated date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
