Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Miss Relax Studio website and content management and publishing service. By authorizing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Miss Relax Studio supports the preparation and controlled publication of original relaxation, nature, wildlife and ambient media to authorized social media accounts. Available features may include account authorization, media preparation, upload, publication status checks and duplicate-prevention records.
2. Eligibility and authority
You may use the service only if you are legally able to agree to these Terms and are authorized to connect and manage the relevant platform account. You must comply with the age, account and eligibility rules of each connected platform.
3. Account authorization
Connections to third-party platforms use the platform's official authorization process. You are responsible for reviewing the requested permissions and maintaining control of your platform account. You may revoke authorization through the platform's settings where supported.
4. Content rights and approvals
You must have all rights, permissions and licenses required for content submitted for publication. You remain responsible for captions, titles, music, images, video, trademarks, personal data and other material included in a post.
Miss Relax Studio does not obtain ownership of submitted content. You grant the limited permission necessary to process, store, transmit and publish the content according to your authorized instructions.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive or harmful content;
- access an account without authorization;
- evade platform safeguards, review requirements, rate limits or technical restrictions;
- introduce malicious code or interfere with the service or its providers;
- misrepresent the origin, ownership or sponsorship of content;
- violate a connected platform's terms, policies or community guidelines.
6. Third-party platforms
TikTok and other connected platforms are independent services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control platform availability, review decisions, content moderation, reach, monetization, account restrictions or changes to platform APIs.
Miss Relax Studio is not endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with TikTok or any other connected platform unless explicitly stated.
7. Publishing safeguards
The service may require validation, owner confirmation and status verification before marking a publication complete. Where a platform response is uncertain, the service may stop or require review rather than repeat a publication request. These safeguards reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every platform action will complete exactly as expected.
8. Availability and changes
The service may be modified, suspended or discontinued to address security, maintenance, platform changes, legal obligations or operational needs. Features may remain unavailable until required platform permissions or reviews are approved.
9. No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, approval by a third-party platform, publication success, audience reach or commercial results.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Miss Relax Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, lost profits, lost reach, platform restrictions or loss of data arising from use of the service or a third-party platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated where necessary to protect accounts, comply with law or platform requirements, investigate misuse, or maintain service security. You may stop using the service and revoke connected platform access at any time.
12. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory rights that apply under other law. Any dispute should first be raised by contacting us so that a practical resolution can be attempted.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, law or platform requirements. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
